Funeral service for James Dean Duncan, age 78 of Milan, will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 1 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with entombment to follow in the Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Duncan was born on July 23, 1943 to Jamie and Lanie Marie (Duncan) Gowan in Lavinia. He was a member of the Milan First Baptist Church and he was a retired plumber and electrician.
He is survived by his children Susan Folds (Tom) of Spring, TX and Dr. Jason Duncan of Memphis, a brother Don Duncan of Lavinia and three grandchildren Garrett Folds, Jadyn Folds and James Folds all of Texas. James was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Edna Duncan.
