During WWII he served in Alleutians Islands and European Theaters from 1942-1945. Member of the Fonda American Legion.
Survived by sisters: Mrs. Wilfred Sanford, Mrs. Luther Lyons, Mrs. Florence Cantrell, and Miss Vivian Clark.
Preceding him in death were his parents and brothers, John, Marvin, Clayton and Clifford.
