Michael E. Blake, 68, Marion, passed away at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, his home in Marion. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Sunday, October 1, 1950, to Harold "Hody" and Janet (Collins) King. On April 24, 1986, he married Michelle Logan.
On August 13, 2019 Michael accepted Christ into his life. Michael graduated from Marion High School and attended trade school. He worked as an Electrician for 29 years with Quality Electric. He was a member of Reservoir Dogs and The NRA. He played many sports in high school and later was on a bowling league. He enjoyed drag racing and even went to nationals. He liked deer hunting and fishing, spending time with his fur babies and was quite the prankster at times..
Survivors include his wife, Michelle; two sons, Ryan (Sherry) Teagle, Marion, Tyler (Sara) Blake, Marion; three grandsons, Reese Teagle, Miles Teagle, Tryston Blake; granddaughter, Rylei Blake; three sisters, Lisa Blake-Heath, Indianapolis, Brenda Beasley, MI, Kathy Fones, MI; mother, Janet King; and step-mother, Carolyn Blake, La Fontaine.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold "Hody" Blake; two grandsons, Braden Blake and Ian Blake; .
