Mrs. Belle DeHaven. 60, widow of Moses DeHaven, died at the Cass county hospital yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock following a long illness. The body was taken to the Thomas funeral home in Galveston and later to the home near Deer Creek.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Vella Appleton of Deer Creek, a son. .Lloyd DeHaven, five brothers John, William. Oscar, Harry and Carl Miller, all of Cass county, a half-sister, Mrs. Leah Lybrook, of Young Arnerica, and two grandsons.

The funeral will be conducted from the Center United Brethren Church Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, with Reverend Elder, pastor in charge. Burial will be in Miller cemetery near Deacon. Wednesday, July 8, 1931 - Logansport Press
