Surviving Kaitlin are: her Father: Michael Jack Lewis of Nichols; her Mother: Ronnie Montgomery Gardner of Marion; 3 Sisters: Farah Lynn Montgomery Gardner, Haley Brooke Gardner and Jordan McKenzie Sawyer; her Paternal Grandmother: Shirley Blum Westbrooks; her Stepfather: Ronald Gardner; her Stepbrother: Blake Gardner; 2 Uncles: Donald Powers and Johnny Collins; an Aunt: Catherine (Johnny) Padgett; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends Monday, September 2, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Tyler Caines officiating.
