Michael is the son of Ms. Mary Edith Barrett Lassiter and the late Herbert Hoover Chambers Sr..
He was a US Army Veteran and was employed with Armacell LLC. Mike loved to golf and was once a member of the Surfside Golfers. He would always greet with a smile and was a joy to be around. Mike will be missed by both family and friends.
Mike will be forever remembered by his mother, Mary Barrett Lassiter, daughter, Selena Garrett (Vance Riley), brothers, Herbert Chambers, Jr. and Dwight Matkins (Margaret), 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Gail Chambers.
