Bill was born on March 23, 1940, in Camp Wood, Texas, to James Clifford and Dorothy Lorette Galloway. He proudly served his county in the U.S. Army. He married Barbara Long on June 13, 1959 and were together for over 60 years and together had 3 children, Rebecca, Cynthia, and William "Billy." Bill worked as an equipment operator in the oil fields for many years. Bill and his wife owned and operated D&L Services for over 12 years.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, James Clifford Galloway, Jr.; sister, Barbie Galloway; and by his nephew, J.C. Galloway.
