Since heaven has become your home
We sometime feel alone
And though we are not far apart
You hold a big piece of our heart
We never knew how much we’d grieve
When it was time for you to leave
Or just how much our heart would ache
From that one fragment you would take
God let this tender hole remain
Reminding us we’ll meet again
And one day all the pain will cease
When he restores the missing piece
For Jesus heals each tiny part
That hold your memory in our heart
This tearful heart reminds us of
When he’ll unite us with his love
