He retired from the LaGrange Housing Authority.
On Wednesday, August 7, 2019; he passed away in LaGrange, Georgia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Clifford Russell.
The Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM at St. James CME Church. Rev. Dewayne Wade will officiate.
Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery.
