HODGES, Wesley Raymond, Age 70 of Centerville, OH, passed away at Hospice of Dayton surrounded by family on August 27, 2019. He was born in Anadarko, OK and was a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Prior to returning to the Miami Valley, Wes lived for almost twenty years in Largo, Florida and was the owner of a flooring store and enjoyed being a small business owner. He was a fun-loving, free-spirited man that had a smile that could light up a room with a true zest for life. He enjoyed the little things in life and loved to travel, camp, spend time with friends, and cheer on his Oklahoma Sooners. He was preceded in death by his parents, Regina Brooks Hodges and Wesley Hodges. He is survived by his wife, Elaine; stepson, Larry Harkins of Florida; beloved granddaughter Kailey Harkins of Montana; brother and sister-in-law: Pat and Connie Hodges of Tipp City, brother and sister-in-law: Mike and Lana Hodges of Riverside, CA; nephews, nieces, cousins, and many loving friends. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton for the compassionate care rendered by the entire staff.
