Rickey is survived by his wife, Susan (Bourne) Neill; son, Lance Neill (Robin); daughter, Macie Freabe (Chris); grandsons, Richard Lee Neill II, Lawson Lewis Neill and Owen Neill Freabe; sister, Janet Neill Jay (Tim); uncle, Warren Neill; numerous aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be Monday, September 2, 2019, 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Finch Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Stockdale Cemetery.
