Great animal lover enjoyed gardening
Rebecca “Becky” (Szymkowiak) Webber, 63, died early Wednesday morning, Aug. 28, 2019, at Grandview Health Homes in Danville.
Born Aug. 24, 1956, in Buffalo, N.Y., she was a daughter of Jacqueline V. (Crane) Ridall, a resident of Bonham Nursing Center, Stillwater, and the late Robert Richard Szymkowiak. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, who raised her, Bernard K. Ridall Sr., and by a brother, Michael Szymkowiak.
Becky enjoyed gardening and spending time with her dogs, as she was a great animal lover. She also enjoyed motorcycle riding in her younger days.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her three brothers: Robert A. “Bob” Ridall and his wife, Susan, of Mifflinville, twin brothers, Bernard K. Ridall Jr. and his companion, Marnie Yeick, of Berwick, and Kevin Glenn Ridall and his wife, Terri, of Berwick. Also surviving are nieces and nephews: Justin, Michael and his wife, Julie, Autumn, Zachary, Cheyenne, and Briar Ridall; and two great nephews: Luke and Liam Ridall.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date by the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Danville S.P.C.A., 1467 Bloom Road, Danville, PA 17821.
Arrangements are under the direction of the McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., Benton.
