In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mattie Arvil Carter. Survivors include her sons, Stanley Carter, Erin, TN, Lewis Carter II, Atlanta, GA, Gregory Carter, Auburn, KY, daughters, Donna Perkins, Cumberland City, TN, Grace Karen Howell, Auburn, KY, brothers, Robert Taylor, Bradenton, FL, Ruben Worley, Jr., Stearns, KY, sister, Georgia Worley, Stearns, KY, grandchildren, Dr. Michael Carter, Cynthia Parcells, Shelia Hairston, Kayla Collett, Robert Howell, Brandon Carter, Braden Carter, and 14 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Stewart County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, August 30th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm as well as Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service, at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
