Monroe J. Mullins, 48, of 2508 W. Broadway, died at 6:05 a.m. Sunday at Veterans Hospital. He was a former assembler at Leggett & Piatt, Inc., and was a native of Willisburg, Ky. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his widow, the former Josephine Carstarphen; three sons, Daniel J., Stephen E. and John R. Mullins; four daughters, Mrs. Judy A. Whitman and Misses Barbara Jean, Mary S., and Vicki L. Mullins, and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 2704 W. Chestnut, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The body is at Ratterman's, 2114 W. Market.
