Theron L. Davis, 90, passed from life August 28, 2019 in Walling, Tennessee.

He leaves his wife of 68 years, Mildred "Midge" Davis; two daughters, Paula (Mark) Prater of White County, and Susan (Ben) Tyree of Williamson County, Tennessee; five granddaughters, Andrea (Travis) Jones of White County, Tracy (Gary) Baggett, Allison (Matt) Brown of Williamson County, Tennessee, Amanda (Dustin) Curtis of Warren County, and Virginia (Lucas) Majors of Wilson County; and five great-grandchildren, Anna, Ava and Theron Jesse Jones, Mia Baggett, and Grayson Brown.

Born in White County, he was the son of the late Ardree Theron Davis and Pauline Sparkman Davis. He was a farmer and a retired school teacher with the McMinnville City School and Warren County School systems. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran of Korea and a member of the Walling Church of Christ.

Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 in High's Chapel with James Rittenberry, Herschel Wells and Richard Mason officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
