William S. Randolph, 81, of Hot Springs, Ark., formerly of Lincoln, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Benedict Manor, Hot Springs.

His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Holland and Barry Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wallace W. Reifsteck officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, Beason.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

He was born August 18, 1895, at Beason, a son of Herman and Catherine Johnston Randolph.

He is survived by a brother, Paul, Chicago.

He was a retired state employee. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War I, and was a member of the 40 et 8, the American Legion, the Mount Pulaski Masonic Lodge, Springfield Consistory, Ansar Shrine and the Lincoln Elks Lodge.
