Barbara Jean McMurry Allen, age 89 of Clinton passed away 9:58 AM Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the Clinton-Hickman Co. ICF Nursing Home.
She was a member of Clinton First Baptist Church and worked in Bookkeeping at First National Bank of Clinton.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Debbie “Bill” Chumbler of Leesburg, FL and Cheryl “Steven” Swain of Murray, KY; 5 Grandchildren, Amy Chumbley of Robbins Air Force Base in Georgia, Lori Dye of Lynnhaven, FL, Chris Fry of Harrisburg, IL, Chad Fry of Paducah and Brooke Clymer of Mayfield; 2 sisters, Charlene Alexander of Kevil and Patsy Campbell of Cayce, KY; 5 Great Grandchildren and 3 Step Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bo Allen; Parents, Forrest and Geneva Bailey McMurry.
Graveside services will be held 1:30 PM Sunday, September 1, 2019 at the Oakwood Cemetery with Bobby Perkins officiating.
Visitation will be held from 11-1 PM on Sunday at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton.
