She was born November 13, 1963, the daughter of Patricia (Berletch) and the late Herman Muldrew. Tammy loved making crafts, and owned her own crafting business for several years. She enjoyed camping, fishing and was an avid hunter.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Charles and Alma Muldrew and maternal grandparents, Matthew and Margaret Berletch.
Tammy is survived by her loving husband, of 35 years, Robert “Rob” Clark of Glen Dale; her mother, Patricia Muldrew of Glen Dale; one brother, Terry (Marti) Muldrew of Glen Dale; two sisters-in-law, Karen (Dave) Beveridge and Brandi Clark; two nephews, Ryan (Dee) Muldrew and Michael (Vanessa) Muldrew; father and mother-in-law, Paul and Phyllis Clark, and several other nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Lutes & Kirby-Vance chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, and Thursday, August 29, from 10 am until time of services at 11 am with co-celebrants Pastor Dave Sessums and Pastor Alan Flaitz.
