Mr. DeHaven was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. He served in the US Army during World War II.
Mr. DeHaven was a mason for 50 plus years and enjoyed raising Angus cattle. He is survived by his wife Jean DeHaven of the home; sons Mike DeHaven & wife Sharon of Hillsville and Mark DeHaven and special friend Debra Nash of Hillsville; and grandsons & spouse Kevin & Donna DeHaven and Andy DeHaven all of Hillsville.
There will be a private family service at a later date and there will be no visitation at the funeral home or at the home.
