Phyllis Rose Walker (nee Setaro), age 89, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2018, at Hackensack Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge, NJ. Loving mother of Camille Pagan (Dennis), Jeffrey Walker (Maria), Gary Walker (Lisa), and Richard Walker (Gokben); cherished grandmother of Christopher and Steven Pagan, Brandon, Brianna, Cole, Shaye, and Justin Walker. She was predeceased by her seven siblings and is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Walker was born on Staten Island in 1929 and was raised in Port Richmond and was a graduate of Port Richmond High School. In her younger years she worked for the telephone company as a supervisor. Later on she focused on raising her four children and became a homemaker. The most important thing to Phyllis was her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, 12/12, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Thursday, 12/13, departing at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. Adalbert's R.C. Church at 10 am. Committal to follow at Rosehill Crematory, Linden, NJ
