She was born March 9, 1959, in Harrison, Arkansas, the daughter of Kirby DeVoe and Mary LaRue (Hall) Klutts.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Horn; brothers, Tony Klutts (and wife, Gail) of Springdale, Arkansas, and Michael Klutts of Springdale, Arkansas; sister, Vicki Klutts of Harrison, Arkansas; three nieces, Shawnya Gree of Lowell, Arkansas, Chanda Boyd of Goshen, Arkansas and Sierra Klutts of Russellville, Arkansas.
Burial of ashes will be at a later date.
