Anne Hannah was the first born child of Sarah (Endsley) and William Harvey Hannah (1/8th Cherokee). Little about her father is known, however there is much to be said about the Hannah family. Anne married Jacob Detherow while living in Monroe, Co. Tennessee. She moved to Marshfield, Missouri by covered wagon with her mother, Sarah, and her siblings Margaret (Hannah) and her husband James Martin Davis, her brother James Riley Hannah and her younger sisters, Martha and Sarah Hannah (twins) and Nancy Caroline Hannah.

Anne & Jacob had 5 children.

1. George A. Detherow
2. Margaret "Maggie" Elizabeth Detherow
3. James Filmore Detherow
4. William "Billy" A. Detherow
5. Martha A. Detherow

It should be noted that Detherow is spelled many different ways.
