Virgil was born Monday September 29, 1947 in Pike County, KY. a son of Morgan and Poca (Smith) Coleman.
Other than his parents Virgil was preceded in death one sister Racine Keathley and her husband Eddie.
Virgil was a Coal Miner and member of Kimper Church of Christ.
Virgil was survived by his wife Sadie Marie (Williamson) Coleman; five daughters Angie Combs of Prestonsburg, KY. Michelle Tackett and ( John Crisp) of Kimper, Ky. Tina May and her husband Brian of Raccoon, KY. Trudene “Dottie” Allen and her husband Bill of Kimper, KY. and Annette Thanker and her husband Michael of Kimper, KY., one brother Morgan Coleman and his wife Shelia of Meta, KY., three sisters, Ethelene Coleman wife of the late Glen Coleman of Raccoon, KY. Christine Keathley and her husband Phillip of Pikeville, KY. and Patricia Ann Warrix of Kimper, KY., 14 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren.
Virgil leaves behind a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.
Virgil Clifford Coleman will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Visitation Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Community Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 10:00PM and Thursday August 22, 2019 until 10:00Pm with service at 7:00 PM with Sam Crawford officiating.
