Leah Snow Hall, age 96, passed away January 2, 1992 in Salt Lake City.
She was born February 25, 1895 in Salt Lake City to Moroni and Emma Gates Snow. She married Virgil C. Hall on June 12, 1918 in the Salt Lake City to Moroni and Emma Gates Snow. She married Virgil C. Hall on June 12, 1918 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Leah was an active member of the LDS Church and served as a teacher in various organizations. She taught school for several years in Salt Lake City and had a keen interest in education. She assisted in the operation of the family business, State Wallpaper Co. She will be remembered for her positive attitude and continuous support of her family.
She is survived by her children, Marjorie and her husband Earl Spackman; Norman and his wife Francis Hall, all Salt Lake City; Gilbert and his wife Marie Hall, Columbus, Ohio; Janice and her husband Richard DeVore, Fort Collins, Colo.; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 6, 1992, at 12:00 noon, in the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East. Friends may call 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
