On Wednesday, February 21, 2007, at Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital, Helen Kozak passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years.

She was predeceased by her husband Nick in 1996.

Helen is survived by her son and his family; four grandchildren and their families.

Helen was born in Polson, Manitoba on August 2, 1920. She was the seventh of 23 children.

Prayers were held on Friday, February 23 at 7:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon. Funeral service (was) held on Saturday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon. Burial (was) at Polson Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen's name to CancerCare Manitoba or a charity of your choice.

Thank you to Dr. Pillay and the caring staff at Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital for the compassionate care she received during her stay there.
