Thomas Jefferson Goodson, known as "T.J", was the eldest child of Thomas and Pauline (Williamson) Goodson. The family moved to Louann, Arkansas during the oil boom of the early 1920's. T.J. was a pipefitter, a Mason, and an expert at practical jokes. He married Georgia Sindle and fathered two daughters; Patsy and Virgie. He lived most of his adult life in Vivian, Louisiana and spent the last ten years or so in a nursing home in Arkadelphia. His cute one-liners and constant good humor will be remembered for generations to come.
