She was born on October 11,1932 in Dyersburg, Tennessee to the late Wilson Berry and Lillie Lippings.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H.L. Frazier; and daughter, Brenda Phillips.
Mrs. Ruby is survived by five sons, Dallas Frazier (Teresa) of Jackson, Ricky Frazier of Henderson, Timmy Frazier of Humboldt, Randy Frazier (Debbie) of Trenton, and David Frazier (Deronda) of Lavinia; six daughters, Judy Fryar of Arkansas, Carolyn Bass (Jimmy) of Milan, Deborah Lintz (Barry) of Jackson, Cynthia McAlphin of Lexington, Lisa Cone of Mississippi and Angie Nunley (Jeff) of Jackson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 21, 2019 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. James Keeton officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson, Tennessee.
