Joseph Gene Withrow, 31, of Cross Lanes passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston.
Born July 30, 1988 in Charleston, he is a son of James K. Withrow and Patricia Settle.
In addition to his parents, Joseph is survived by his son, Joseph Gene Withrow, Jr.; sister, Jessica Withrow and nieces, Brenda Withrow and Jada Spencer.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene B. and Josephine Withrow.
Joseph was a graduate of Nitro High School and was a very kind and generous young man with a heart of gold. He will never be forgotten and will be greatly missed.
