The "Seven Foot Man" with the 8 foot heart. He touched our lives in different ways. He accepted all of us for who we were. It was easy to make a complete ass of yourself in front of him and not worry about being ridiculed...at least once everyone (including him) stopped laughing.

Big Mike was famous for his work at 97.1 Talk Radio. He worked as the "on location" guy for the Frosty, Heidi & Frank show and his custom chopper was used for the Tom Lykis "Lykettes" calendar.

I have listed this record as an ongoing way for all of us; his friends; to pay respects and keep in touch with the
"Big" man. Feel free to post photos and leave messages.

***Heaven
I took a trip to heaven
But only in my mind
I wanted to know what it's like
To leave all you love behind.
So I closed my eyes, and started to see
Just how beautiful heaven can be.

I could see the pearly gates of white
and behind them was the most radiant light.
I saw an angel as she was passing by
so incredibly beautiful that a tear fell from my eye.
Everyone looked perfect and with the angels they did sing
There are no earthly words to describe the beauty of their wings.

As I sat on a bench in the most incredible garden
I asked God for all of my sins to be pardoned
I took one last look at all of the beauty around
And when I opened my eyes, it was peace that I found.
