Eleanor was born April 3, 1940 in Dixon the daughter of Russell and Helen (Glessner) Kemp.
She was employed at Borg Warner for many years retiring in 2001. She was a member of the Moose Club, the Elks Club and the Senior Center. Eleanor enjoyed playing euchre and shuffleboard and loved to be around her friends and family.
Survivors include one sister, Sue Kemp-Hazelwood; her best friend, Doris Walter and her children, Dawn (Eric) Butcher, Kim (Craig) McClure and John (Joyce) Walters and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Butch Kemp, Bob Kemp and Bill Kemp.
Per her request, cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no services.
