JANESVILLE— The Rev. Douglas E. Beauchamp, 81, of Janesville, WI, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. He was born in Cedar Rapids, IA, on Jan. 10, 1924, the son of Felix and Myrtle (Smith) Beauchamp, and served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He attended Seminary at the Nashotah House in Oconomowoc, WI. Rev. Beauchamp married Gladys M. Maxwell on Oct. 15, 1955, in Butte, MT. A Pastor for over 50 years, he served congregations in Butte, Whitefish and Malta, MT, Minneapolis, MN, and retired from St. Paul's Episcopal in Hudson, WI. He and his wife moved to Janesville, WI, in 1989, where he served as an Associate Pastor at Trinity Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife, Gladys; 7 children; 10 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and a sister. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson, Joshua Thompson. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2005, at ST. PAUL 'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH , Hudson, WI, with Rev. John Rasmus officiating. Date and time for an additional memorial service to be held next week in Janesville at Trinity Episcopal Church are pending. Rev.
