Brenda Genn McClure, 61 of Dumas, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Memorial services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Bible Baptist Church with pastor Johnny Widener officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors.

Brenda was born in Amarillo, TX on July 6, 1958 to the late Joe and Carolyn Genn. Brenda worked as a telecommunicater for 20 plus years for the Moore County Sheriff’s office. She loved her job, and loved helping people, and Brenda loved her law enforcement family.

Brenda enjoyed working in the garden, she also enjoyed working on arts and crafts for family reunions. Brenda enjoyed working on her family tree history and she loved her family and friends. Brenda was witty and sassy and always had a sense of humor that would make you smile.

She is survived by her two sons, Jason Genn and wife Michelle of Granbury, Tx and Daniel McClure and wife Bonnie of San Antonio, Tx. Brenda was Mimi to two grandsons, Ethan Genn and Zachary McClure that she loved dearly. She is also survived by brother Doyle Genn and wife Janice of Dumas, Tx and Karen Lawler and husband Jimmy of Amarillo, Tx and several other beloved family members.

Brenda is proceded in death by her parents, Joe and Carolyn Genn, grandparents, many other loved ones.
