Watson – Ashley Danielle Watson, age 34, of Starke, Florida passed away August 15, 2019 at her residence. She was born March 22, 1985 in Jacksonville, Florida to her loving parents, Leland C. Watson, Jr. and Deborah Dukes Watson. Ashley graduated from Bradford High School in 2003 where she enjoyed playing Tornado volleyball and dancing for their dance team. She continued her education at Lake City Community College where she earned her cosmetology license and became a hairdresser. Ashley loved her career as a Cosmetologist and all her clients she served throughout the years. She also enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her family, especially her daughter.
Ashley is survived by her loving parents, Leland C. Watson, Jr. and Deborah Dukes Watson of Starke, FL; her daughter, Brooklynn Cooper of Starke, FL; her sister, Jennifer Watson (Ryan) Reddish of Starke, FL; her nieces, Alyssa Reddish and Sabella Reddish; her nephew, Liam Reddish; and many other close family and friends.
A Celebration of Ashley’s Life will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Archie Tanner Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ken Weaver officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Dyal Cemetery in Starke, FL. Arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
