Funeral services for William J. Schroeder, 73, retired Two Creeks farmer, who died at the Two Rivers Municipal hospital Saturday afternoon, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Klein and Stangel Inc., funeral home, Two Rivers, with the Rev. Yaroslav Vrany of Melnik Presbyterian church officiating.

He was born in 1874 in Mishicot and in 1901 married Miss Mary Soucup. They moved to the Two Creeks farm which he operated for 39 years. He retired 17 months ago and moved to Two Rivers.

Survivors are his wife; a son, William of Two Rivers; daughter, Mrs. Kimmes of the town of Two Rivers; and five grandchildren. He is also survived by four brothers, Henry of Manitowoc; Herman of Two Rivers; Louis of Hilbert and Ernst of Mishicot; and three sisters, Mrs. Tina Demsien of the town of Two Rivers and Mrs. Fred Schmidt and Mrs. Mary Landt both of Two Rivers.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest View cemetery, Two Rivers.
