Jason Christopher Hooper, a resident of Hoover, Alabama was born on July 20, 1970 and passed away on August 10, 2019 at the age of 49.

Jason loved playing baseball and he played in little league through high school at Gardendale High School where he graduated.

He was the owner /operator of Custom Color Painting for many years. He enjoyed officiating baseball games for all age groups and High School in several different associations in Jefferson County. He loved the outdoors and was an avid Alabama fan.

Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Mae Collins Hooper (1944-1999).

Jason is survived by his father, Kenneth Roger Hooper and step-mother, Karen Hooper; his fiancée, Tracey Webster; one son, Dylan Hooper (Katlyn); three siblings, Wendi Stanford (Russell), Brooke Hooper, and Neal Hooper; two granddaughters; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Celebration of life services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Friday August 16, 2019 with a time of visitation to begin at 1:00pm; funeral service at 2:00pm followed by his burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
