He was the town of Dracuts first minister.

He was the husband of Lydia Richardson. They filed the intention of marriage in Chelmsford, MA, on Jan. 1, 1720-21.

Thomas is possibly the son of Josiah and Elisabeth (Saxson) Parker. (They wed in Chelmsford May 8, 1678) However, no source records for his birth have been found yet.

There is some evidence that shows he was originally buried at the Old Burying Ground but subsequently moved in the late 19th century here to Woodbine.
