She graduated from University of Rhode Island with a degree in pharmacy in 1968. The couple moved to Georgia in 1970 where she was an active member of the community through her church, the schools, and her super secret PEO organization. She leaves her husband, Russell; three children, Kirsten Jordan Hampton (Heath) of Kathleen, GA, Nicole Jordan (David Large) of Fayetteville, GA, Danielle Jordan (William Hearn) of Douglasville, GA; her six grandchildren, Jordan Hampton, Kathleen Hampton, Joshua Hampton, Isabella Large, Caroline Large, Juliette Large; and her sisters Mary (Rhett) Farrior of Dadeville, AL and Lois Ann (Chris) McLean of Dothan, AL.
