Irene J. Russell, nee Sikorski, of Brick was called to Heaven on August 7, 2019.
She was born and lived a great part of her life in Jersey City before retiring to Ocean County. In her younger years she was a Girl Scout Leader at Bethany Lutheran Church and was an active member of the Eastern Sta.
Irene retired from her career at the Lightolier Company and established a home in Lions Head North, to be closer to her cherished grandchildren. Oil painting and ceramic classes were an avid hobby and a source of enjoyment for her several years. Along with her love and interaction with the family pets.
Irene was predeceased by her husband, Horace E. Russell of 68 years in 2013. She is survived by her daughter Diane M. Rall and her husband Budd Rall, her grandson Keith Reilly and his wife Laura Reilly, and her granddaughter Denise Reilly and her husband Robert Setteducati and Irene’s three great grandchildren, Alexa Reilly Setteducati, Robert Reilly Setteducati and Kate Ryan Reilly. She will be greatly missed by all.
A memorial service will be held at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home 2482 Church Rd., Toms River, in the Silverton section of Toms River, on Tuesday August 13th, 2019 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, all are welcome!
