HODGES - Services for Otis Lee "Vegetable Man" Ellis, 67, will be held at Macedonia CME Church with burial in Oak Brook Memorial Park.
Mr. Ellis, husband of Mamie "Becky" Lomax Ellis, died Saturday.
Born in Abbeville, he was a son of the late Oliver Nelson and Rosella Ward Ellis Sr.
Surviving are his wife; sisters, Loraine Williams, Ruby Moses; brothers, Oliver Jr., Todd, Ralph Ellis; stepdaughter, Terry Cohen; granddaughter, Kadeja Cohen; two aunts, nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
