Scott Everett Walters was born February 27, 1970 to Dale Everett and Doris Kay (Sevier) Walters in Mount Ayr, Iowa. He was raised on a farm near Mount Ayr. Scott graduated from Mount Ayr High School in 1988. He loved sports and earned 14 varsity letters.
Scott worked several construction jobs through the years. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Scott would give his last dollar, if you needed it. Scott enjoyed playing cards, playing pool, and watching sports over a cold beer.
Scott Everett Walters passed away unexpectedly at his home August 7, 2019. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Delbert and Daivy Dean Sevier and Chris and Wanda Walters.
Scott is survived by his parents Dale and Doris Walters of Mount Ayr; daughter; son; three siblings; many nieces and nephews; extended family and lots of friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Scott's name for his daughter's education.
