Tammy King, age 54 of London, passed away on Thursday, May 28 at Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She leaves behind her loving husband of 37 years, Phillip King; two children, Jason King and wife Nikki, Ashlee Vanderhoof and husband Eric; one sister, Kim Fitch; three grandchildren, Charisma Messer, Jace King, Kaylee Vanderhoof, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Margaret Lee. Private services for Tammy King will be held at the convenience of the family. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 31 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at The Evening Shade - 2542 W. Laurel Rd. - London. The family respectfully requested donations be made to Wells Hospice Care Center, 57 Dennis Sandlin MD Cove, Hazard KY 41701. House-Rawlings Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
