Beth Reese Warwick left this earth to join her Heavenly Father on March 17, 2016, in Yuma, Arizona. She died of natural causes at age 71.
(Anita) Beth Reese was born in Havre, Montana, to Wade and Edna Reese. She was raised on a farm near Kremlin, Montana. After graduating from high school, she married Bill Warwick from Harlem. They moved to Oregon in 1968 and raised three daughters there. They also hosted exchange students.
Beth was a homemaker, master cake decorator, seamstress and musician. She later worked for the U.S. Postal Service and graduated from college with her associate degree.
After retiring, she and Bill traveled a lot and wintered in Arizona. Beth loved her church family, working in the garden, playing cards, swimming, get-togethers with friends and shopping.
In Oregon, she was a CASA volunteer, a Court Appointed Special Advocate, and was passionate about helping children.While in Arizona, she was a quilter and volunteer for various ministries that helped the less fortunate.
Beth is survived by her husband of almost 54 years, her three daughters, Anita (Jim), Corrine (David) and Janell (Daryn); 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by her mother, Edna Reese of Chester; a brother, Glen (Cat); a sister, Margie (Jerry); a brother, Ken (Loreen); and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Memorials can be made to CASA and sent to 9242 S.E. Eola Hills Road, Amity OR 97101.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
