Sara Michelle Lacy, age 28, of Conway, Arkansas went to be with her Lord peacefully on Thursday, August 8, 2019 after losing a hard fought battle with health problems. Sara was born September 25, 1990 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated Conway High School in 2008 and attended the University of Central Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Gerald Lacy and maternal grandmother, Geneva Sivage.

Sara is survived by her parents, Terry Lacy (Trish) and Sharon Sivage; her sisters, Kristen Lacy and Kaitlyn Chandler and her step-brother, Trevin Byrd. She also leaves her paternal grandmother, Loretta Lacy and her maternal grandfather, Howard Sivage. She leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends who loved her very much.

Sara possessed a deep compassion for children. All children were a joy to her and her to them. Sara enjoyed travel, attending music shows and just hanging out with her friends.

Growing up, Sara was like any other young girl. She enjoyed sports, gymnastics and dance. She had an array of talents which included a bright personality. She never met a stranger. However at a young age, Sara was stricken with serious health problems that required her to have numerous surgeries and medical procedures. As her health deteriorated, so did her hope and promise for the future. Her short life serves as an inspiration to all concerning her strength and willpower to meet what life hands you, both good and bad. While we are sad to lose Sara for now, we are relieved that her struggle is over and she is at peace with her Lord. We look forward to reuniting with her someday.
