Mary was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Morgantown, W.Va., the daughter of the late James and Bertie Reed. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Girard.
Mary had previously worked at Stambaugh Thompson and retired after 12 years.
She loved playing bingo and would travel numerous places to play. She also enjoyed fishing.
Mary leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 62 years, Lilburn T. Ratliff, whom she married March 1, 1957; her children, Kevin Ratliff of Campbell, Trina Westover of Girard, and Chris Ratliff of Girard; her sisters, Dorothy, Berthie, Barbara “Bobbie,” and Shirley, all of Morgantown, W.Va., and Edith of Columbus; her brother, Johnny of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Candi Hunter, Thomas Westover Jr., Patty Ann Ratliff and Danielle Bland; and her great-grandchildren, James Mortimer Jr., Chelsea Hunter, Chace Hunter, Hope Bland and Rileigh Westover.
Mary was preceded in death by her son, Rory Ratliff; and her sister, Dee Mason.
Funeral services will be noon Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019, at Blackstone Funeral Home, where the family will receive relatives and friends noon to 3 p.m. Monday, Aug.12, 2019.
Mary will be laid to rest at Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Canfield.
