Annie K. Curtis, went to Heaven on August 7, 2019, peacefully surrounded by family at Homestead Nursing Center. She was 87 years of age, born in Casey County on April 14, 1932. She had 9 children. She retired from LexMark after 25 years of service. She took great pride in her work. Mrs. Curtis was preceded in death by her husband, David B. Curtis, Sr. and three sons, Jerry W. Curtis, Charles E. Curtis, and Randall L. Curtis. She is survived by her children, Phyllis Calhoun, Terry Tuttle, David Curtis, Jr. Virginia Curtis, Roger (Michelle) Curtis, Phillip (Steven) Curtis, and Joyce Curtis; and one sister, Sharon Sofiak. She was a grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. Mrs. Curtis loved country music, taking care of her home and enjoyed watching her grandchildren. She also enjoyed her word search puzzle books. She loved traveling with Aunt Adele. Funeral services will be held 2:30 pm Mon, Aug. 12 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Bourbon County, Kentucky.
