Paul Samuel Harrell, age 70 of Dickson passed away on Sunday, August 4 at Horizon Medical Center. He was born on March 18, 1949 to the late William P. and Virginia Fielder Harrell in Dickson County. Paul leaves behind his three fur babies, Tater, Petey and Ms. Ellie.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Sarah Christina Harrell.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Debbie Dotson Harrell; his sons, Sammy Harrell (Lori) of Westmoreland, Eric Stewart (Cassie) of Burns, Nathan Stewart (Amy England) of Bon Aqua, and Christopher Thompson of Indiana; his daughter, Tammy Harrell (Christy) of White Bluff; his brothers, Truman Harrell of Dickson, Pat Harrell (Barbara) of Manchester, and Randy Harrell of Dickson; his sisters, Agnes Clark (Bud) of Knoxville, Peggy Donegan (Larry) of Dickson, Carol Brooks (C.B.) of Dayton, and Shirley Daniel (Dennis) of Dickson; ten grandchildren; a special cousin and best friend, Phyllis England; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
