Mr. Lee Hicks, age 74 of Manchester, departed this life on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at his home. He was born on Tuesday, March 27, 1945 in Manchester, Kentucky to the union of Acie and Minnie Hatfield Hicks. He was a farmer, logger and a member of the Roots Branch Baptist Church.
He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Kelly Lee Hicks and his wife Brenda, James Hicks and his wife Kimberly and Lucy Williams and her husband Ryan, these grandchildren: Kimberly Renee Hicks, Kellie Marie Hicks, Zachary Tyler Hicks and his wife Allyson, Cordell Van Hicks, Alexis Morgan, Diane Williams and Kasandra Lynn Williams as well as his brother: Daniel Hicks and his twin sister: Julie Rowe.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Acie and Minnie Hicks, his wife: Lillie Mae Hicks and several brothers and sisters.
A celebration of life for Mr. Lee Hicks will be conducted on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George David Blair and Landon McDaniel will be presiding. He will be laid to rest next to his loving wife, Lillie Mae in the Minton Cemetery in the Brock Lane Community.
