Kenneth A. Temple, 53, of Kokomo, passed away at 9:30 a.m., Sunday, August 4, 2019, at Core Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dale.
He was born March 26, 1966, in Athens, Ga., to Herbert and Ludie (Dodson) Temple.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother; sister, Yvonne Temple and grandmother, Hazel Holcomb.
He is survived by one daughter, Shelby Black; three sons, Jerimiah Mundy, Joshua Mundy, Kyle Evans; his father, Herbert Temple; one sister, Carelene Temple; and niece, Robin Meyers.
Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg has been entrusted with the arrangements.
There will be no services held at the funeral home.
