Joyce Kennedy was born on July 21, 1938 in Sweetwater, Texas and passed away on August 5, 2019 in Kaufman, Texas. Joyce is preceded in death by her son, Stephen Kennedy; parents: Buck and Jodie McCormick; and three sisters: Mildred, Yvonne, and Shelley. Joyce is survived by her husband of 63 years, James Kennedy; children: Vickie Owen and husband Doug, Lisa King and husband, Alfie; sisters: Glenda Redding and Sandra Milner; grandchildren: Joshua Owen, Brandon Owen, Douglas Owen, Jr., and Heather Moseley; great grandchildren: Silas Moseley, Dylan Moseley, Nevaeh Goodrich, Joseph Goodrich, Rayelynne Owen, Brody Owen; cousins: Vance and Odessa Benthal, and numerous nieces and nephews.
