She was the daughter of George and Ida (Morgan) Lay. On Oct 15, 1954, she married J.R. McCoy, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three daughters: Sandra McCoy, Celina, Carol (Daryl) Brackney, Wapak; and Shirley (Ron) Keith, St. Marys; a son, Roy McCoy, Wapak; thirteen grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Donnie Lynn McCoy; and nine siblings.
A homemaker, she worked for Copeland Corp., Sidney, for many years. Her favorite pastimes included fishing, watching sprint car racing, playing BINGO and card games.
Services will be at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, with the Rev. Robert Sweeney, officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
